You can only do what ...There is no right or wrong. You can only do what is right for you in the moment. It is really hard for me to think of the day I lost my girls...REALLY hard. I have always diverted the thoughts when my mind tried to go there. Recently, I have been reliving bits and pieces of the day because that is all I can handle.
